Luxurious bed and breakfast located near historic downtown Olde Port Perry/Lake Scugog. The suite comfortably fits 2, plus one child in the same bed. Guests may bring a portacrib or single air mattress. Full breakfast served on most mornings in the Dining Room.

Stocked mini-fridge for continental self serve breakfast also available.

The space

Near downtown Port Perry, walk to historic downtown shops, Old Flame brewery and restaurants. Music in the park by the lake(seasonal). Local Farms to visit. Weekly Farmers Market by the lake(seasonal), Horseback riding, fishing cruises, ice fishing and snowmobiling in the winter.

Delicious full breakfast served in the morning most days in the Dining Room. Good weather-on our second floor front deck.

This cozy Guest Room with a queen bed is at the top of the staircase -easy to find. You have two rooms – your bedroom and a private bathroom right next door. If you booked for additional guests above 2, you will have access to the second bedroom across the hall with two more full beds. There is a common Coffee Area, outside your rooms, equipped with table and chairs, dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, mini-fridge(yours is private for you), microwave, & toaster oven. Balcony is off the Coffee Area. Sitting area also adjacent to the Coffee area. The Guest Room is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker-coffee, tea & hot chocolate.

Guest access

5 minute drive to the waterfront & historic downtown Port Perry with bistros, brewery, coffee shops and unique stores. 20 minute walk to the same. There is public transportation at the corner. Parking is free and plentiful in Port Perry.

During your stay

We enjoy getting to know our guests, however we do appreciate that some guests like their privacy!

Other things to note

We have a small hypoallergenic dog -Teddy, an Aussiedoodle.
